Slow shipping with customer service reps that careless

So not only does this service falsely advertise for free shipping, it's free shipping is locked to the rental service so if you want to buy anything expect a 20$ shipping fee. On top of that they don't take your order seriously whatsoever. 24-48 hours to ship the product not counting the time it takes to get to the shipping facility. They advertise their shipping as priority but the only priority they have is getting you to subscribe to their inefficient mail in service. I wouldnt recommend buying or renting anything from this site.

If you want Blu-rays, rent from Netflix instead

Like most other people, I think Gamefly is pretty bad. I wanted to start renting Blu-Rays so I signed up for the 2 movies at a time plan. Unfortunately, there's no way to browse the entire Blu-Ray catalog without signing up first. I signed up and was shocked at how few Blu-Rays they actually have for rental. Almost everything is marked as TBD or coming soon. Now I know why they didn't let me browse the catalog first. It's because they hardly have anything. I can't speak for the game rental plans, but the movie rental plans are awful. I haven't really had problems with the turnaround time like many others, the discs have arrived relatively quickly but what good is that when they only have a few movies available for rent? I'm cancelling after I receive the last 2 movies in my queue.

Awful Company

This company will steal your money. Awful customer service, awful website UI, if something goes wrong with a game they will not hesitate to charge your account without permission and make you jump through hoops to fix it. You can tell why it has such a low rating.

Awful, slow, nothing like it used to be

Customer service is practically non-existent. They are useless if you need help. Not sure why you even have a que because they never send me the first choice and it’s always in high availability-makes no sense (today I was send the third game and the first two were high availability. The average time it takes for me to send a game back is a week and a half at the least. You spend half your money in transit.

Under review and canceled purchases

I tried to buy something because of how cheap the games were and I got an email stating that I needed to go through all this red tape to verify my purchase, and have my credit card company call them, but I didn't use a credit card. Customer support is terrible, just pay the extra $5.00 and buy from ebay or gamestop, hard lesson learned.

I just bought a Switch Lite Blue and I…

I just bought a Switch Lite Blue and I called GameFly to confirm my order and the agent said everything was good. Right after getting off the phone.. I get an email that my order was cancelled and I called back to find out that they oversold the item and the agent wouldn't of known. The customer service agent just hung up on me... DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM GAMEFLY.

Reasonable prices

This is my 2nd time using Gamefly and I think it is great. I have had no problems receiving games for Playstation 5 and Xbox Series X. I really like this agency, I thing their prices are reasonable. I will be using them for a long time!

This service is a JOKE

Service is terrible taking approximately 2 weeks to turn games around. They continually blame the post office, but no other company I shop with has this issue. Their customer service is all but non-existant. The minimal effort they pretend to make is generally more infuriating than helpful. I was told that the availability queues to not reflect availablitity for YOU but rather are an average of the whole country. You have absolutely zero way to identify which games are actually available to your specific area.
